Laboratory Procurement & Administrative Officer (Textile / Apparel Testing Lab)

• In charged in procurement tasks, following lab requirements (equipment, consumables, etc.) in compliance with the company policy.
• Manage the Warehouse of Softlines Lab follow the principle of company.
• Receive requests from Lab supervisors for equipment/chemical agents/consumables.
• Contact suppliers for getting quotations.
• Create Capex/PRs/Payment requests for SFL Physical Lab.
• Coordinate with Finance/Procument team to process payment, customs clearance, if any.
• Coordinate with supplier for the quotation of fixing equipment or calibration.
• Receive equipment/chemical agents/consumables from suppliers and deliver to the lab and keep record of inventory closely.
• Recieve samples and Test request from Customer service team, delievery to lab; input test items/samples into Lab sharedrive daily.
• Request stationaries monthly for SFL Physical Lab.
• Other tasks can be assigned.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
