Head of Strategic Partnerships

Get to know the role:

• As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you are in charge of the overall planning and leadership of the Business Development team.
• Setting the direction of the partnerships roadmap in light of accelerating development of Grab in the Indonesian ecosystem.
• Your responsibilities include defining key component of the Payment ecosystem to target; driving the necessary business relationships with partners to accelerate growth of Grab users; optimize Grab’s profitability; as well as establishing and deepening partnerships to increase our profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior member of the Grab management team to drive overall market strategy and execution
• Define the Country partnership roadmap reflecting aggressive development of the technology ecosystem
• Set a strategic business development plan for target verticals and ensure that this is synchronized with the overall country strategic direction.
• Identify and execute on Grab’s top partnership opportunities in country while working with key internal stakeholders
• Prepare and give business reviews to Grab's senior management regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption of Grab’s products
• Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of strategy and/or business development
• Strong technology industry network and local insights
• Experience in establishing, maintaining and leveraging C-level relationships
• Demonstrated ability to project manage and work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• MBA from a top-ranked university preferable
