About Team:

The team's mandate is to identify what type of food is not available on the market and create brands that can fulfill this gap. We will manage the strategy and execution of each brand launch and ensure flawless brand presence and coordination.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible to manage the P&L of the brands for GrabKitchens

  • Lead and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of brand development efforts.

  • Strategize how our brand is positioned in the market and use targeted consumers insights to ideate brand

  • Measure and report performance of specific marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it.

  • Monitor brand quality and work with vendors to ensure that food quality, taste, and presentation are highly maintained. 

  • Have a positive attitude towards challenges

  • Develop good relationships with internal & external stakeholders

  • Resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team

  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree with a focus on Marketing, Business Management, Business Development, Food and Beverage Management

  • Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in developing F&B/FMCG brands or retail and also operational experience

  • Experience in managing F&B brands is a must.

  • Managed brand growth using online and offline marketing creative activities and strategies

  • Have a good eye & taste on visual communication design is a good to have.

  • Goal and results oriented, and able to embrace and tackle challenges

  • Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for brand marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow the Grab community 

  • Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all Branding materials and communications; and budget management for specific project 

  • Analytical thinker and have P&L Management experiences

  • Ability to adapt to change easily, show flexibility, prioritization, with excellent time management skills
