The Head of Mental Wellbeing is responsible for developing and leading programs that address clients' mental and emotional health needs. This includes counseling, stress management, and mental health education, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Counseling:
- Act as a counselor for clients experiencing mental issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental difficulties.
- Address behavioral issues by providing advice, interventions, and strategies to improve behavior.
- Develop and maintain personalized mental health and behavior management plans.
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement mental health initiatives such as counseling sessions, stress management workshops, and wellbeing programs/clubs.
- Provide guidance on coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
- Support Assigned Tasks:
- Accept and assist with other tasks assigned by the center manager.
- Ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and support other wellbeing members.
- Ensure the team provides empathetic, professional, and effective mental health care.
- Build wellbeing culture at the workplace
- Collaboration:
- Receive other tasks assigned by the center manager.

- Work with physical wellness and health consulting teams to integrate mental and physical health services.
- Build partnerships with mental health organizations and specialists when necessary.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct mental health assessments and offer personalized support plans.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide follow-up care.
- Education and Training:
- Organize mental health education workshops to raise awareness and reduce stigma.
- Promote mindfulness, resilience, and emotional self-care practices.
