Job requirement

Responsibility:

1. Lead the entire Brand & Communication Team, reports to Country Marketing Director.

2. Strong consumer insight driven and familiar with the entire marketing mix formula to hit every touch point and grow brand love.

3. Work closely with Regional Brand team to actively manage relationships with the media to create positive publicity on the business and engage the public to support Grab.

4. Maintain strong external working relationships: Identify and engage trustworthy partners and external vendors that are committed to deliver high quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events​,​ etc. for Grab.

5. Budget Management on each media & production spend.

6. Target & OKR.

7. Lead the Partnership team to get in the partners aligned with country and cities strategy

Requirement:

- Previous planner with execution and coordination powers.

- Understands consumer insights, able to develop creative briefs, is able to project manage campaigns, detailed orientated.

- Must be able to distill business needs and convert that into creative brief.
