Job requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve assigned KPIs, including revenue and profit by market and by responsible solution.
  • Manage accounts in the assigned market segment, which includes one of the SME division:
  • Identify and develop new clients within the assigned market group. - Advise and guide clients on suitable IT products and services based on the domain of each market. IT products include: solutions made by CMC, specialized IT hardware, and technology solutions such as digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital banking.
  • Directly consult with clients (with support from the Presales team and technology experts).
  • Prepare quotes, develop business proposals, and draft contracts according to company regulations.
  • Participate in bidding activities (if applicable).
  • Work with clients, partners, and related departments within the company to ensure contract implementation and manage project costs according to the business plan.

Job requirement

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B sales experience is preferred).
  • Proficiency in English communication (priority given to candidates with additional language skills in Chinese, or Japanese, or Korean).

  • Passionate about sales with a strong desire to become a Sales Specialist in IT Project and Solution Sales.
  • Interested in technology.
  • A mindset of continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented.
