Job requirement

  • Develop, grow, and oversee a strong ecosystem of channel partners, including system integrators, distributors, and resellers in smart building, physical security, and workspace automation domains.
  • Deepen engagement with industry stakeholders such as turnstile and elevator solution providers, CCTV vendors, FMS integrators, smart building contractors, and government-sector collaborators.
  • Collaborate with partners to formulate and execute go-to-market plans and joint growth strategies aimed at boosting sales and expanding market reach.
  • Apply a consultative selling mindset to align partner goals with the company’s solutions portfolio.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue objectives driven through channel partnerships.
  • Facilitate close cooperation with partners involved in public sector and government projects to strengthen presence in this strategic area.
  • Track industry developments, competitor moves, and customer insights to optimize channel initiatives.
  • Share market intelligence and partner feedback with internal teams to help enhance product offerings and refine marketing strategies.
