About the Role

Ixora and Ixora Grand by Fusion are part of The Grand Ho Tram Integrated Resort, and we are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead both properties. This role oversees all aspects of hotel, condotel, villa, F&B operations working with key division heads of The Grand Ho Tram complex executive team. The General Manager of Ixora and Ixora Grand will take P&L responsibility and will also be responsible for owner relations with the property being rental pool focused.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership across Rooms, F&B, and all aspects of resort operations
  • Oversee rental and non-rental owner programs
  • Deliver on P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team
  • Cultivate strong relationships with condotel and villa owners
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to enhance guest, owner, and brand experience
  • Work closely with and form relations with the core Grand Ho Tram executive team.
  • Work closely with complex non-gaming Sales and Marketing Team
