Recruitment
· Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs and create recruitment plans.
· Write job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels (company website, social media, career portals, etc.).
· Source and screen candidate profiles; conduct preliminary phone/video interviews.
· Organize in-depth interviews, conduct competency assessments, and participate in the candidate evaluation process.
· Track and manage candidate data on the system.
· Participate in recruitment events and build the employer brand.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
· Perform timekeeping, calculate salaries, bonuses, and other allowances for all employees (full-time, part-time, collaborators, lecturers, etc.) in accordance with company and legal regulations.
· Manage and monitor social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other welfare benefits (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
· Answer employee inquiries regarding salary, policies, and benefits.
· Participate in market salary surveys and propose suitable adjustments to C&B policies.
· Prepare periodic or ad-hoc C&B reports.
Labor Relations
· Draft and manage HR documents: Labor contracts, decisions, official letters, announcements, etc.
· Update and store personnel files in a scientific and confidential manner.
· Handle employee issues and complaints related to company rules and policies tactfully and professionally.
· Ensure compliance with current Labor Law regulations.
· Participate in developing and implementing new HR procedures and policies.
Policy & Procedure Development
· Participate in proposing and building new HR policies and procedures to optimize operations and improve management efficiency.
· Review and update existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the company's development orientation.
· Communicate, guide, and ensure all employees understand and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
· Contribute ideas to improve the working environment and corporate culture.
Training & Development
· Participate in surveying training needs from departments and develop annual/quarterly training plans.
· Search for, evaluate, and recommend suitable training courses and partners.
· Organize and coordinate internal and external training courses (arranging venues, instructors, materials, logistics, etc.).
· Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness and propose improvements.
· Manage employee training records.
