The GrabFinancial Consumer Business Team focus on use cases, fund-in/ fund-out, and overall wallet/pass through experience that directly impact the various consumer usage. The team coves are such as Product launches, Marketing budgets, Country Strategy, Cost of fund and Use cases’ P&L to build a view on how the business should grow.
Get to know the Role:
In charge of overall fund-in and fund-out (FIFO) methods and Cost of Fund for GrabPay Wallet and passthrough. The goal is to offer convenient FIFO methods and good experience to users while improving cost of fund for Grab.

The day-to-day activities:
Expand and improve FIFO channels
Manage FIFO operations
Manage regional partnerships (New & existing)
Product prioritization
Liaise with local team on go-to-market plan
Support local team in partnership and execution
Enhance FIFO experience for users
Reduce Cost of Fund by continuously expanding channels and negotiating fee with providers
