- Chịu trách nhiệm chăm sóc khách hàng trong ca làm việc trong khu vực làm việc của mình.
- Phục vụ đồ ăn và thức uống cho khách hàng.
- Thực hiên các giao dịch bằng tiền mặt, thẻ tín dụng, các thủ tục chi trả thưởng cho khách hàng.
- Hướng dẫn khách chơi trên các máy trò chơi.
- Cung cấp các dịch vụ cho khách như quyền lợi, các chương trình khuyến mãi… một cách kịp thời, chính xác, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp
- Lau chùi máy trò chơi điện tử thường xuyên và báo cáo cấp trên những lỗi hư hỏng xảy ra
- Hỗ trợ giúp đỡ các đồng nghiệp khác nhằm đáp ứng tốt nhất những nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Responsible for customer care during shifts in your work area.
- Serving food and drinks to customers.
- Carrying out transactions by cash, credit cards, and procedures for paying rewards to customers.
- Guide customers how to play on game machines.
- Provide customer services such as benefits, promotions... in a timely, accurate, friendly and professional manner
- Cleaning game machines regularly and report any damage to supervisors
- Support and help other colleagues to best meet customer needs
Requirements
· Education:
· High School Diploma with at least 3-year experience in hospitality industry or College Diploma
· Experience:
- Having working experience at hospitality industry is a plus.
Other Prerequisites:
- Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 30.
- Good English communication skills.
- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).

- Interview will be conducted entirely in English.
