RESPONSIBILITIES (This position will report to Finance Director)

  • Consolidate management reporting of all BUs into unified report covered entire P&L and Cash flow
  • Run budgeting allocation at company level
  • Run monthly and quarterly variance analysis and prepare to top executives
  • Deep dive into significant discrepancy and make business recommendation to improve
  • Control and optimize cash flow to ensure financial stability
  • Develop and strengthen internal processes / policy to mitigate financial risk & fraud
  • Support top executives with regular and ad hoc analyses which were used to address opportunities and risks of the business
