Job requirement

  • Achieve target sales volumes & margins of concrete & pumping services
  • Collaborate with Production and Distribution team to daily monitor delivering activities
  • Control business expense & develop brand values through quality and services
  • Collaborate with sales manager & financial controller to handle credit control activities
  • Resolve customer complaints (if any)
  • Participate in functional plan development & actively in monthly dept. meetings
  • Gather data to make monthly reports, weekly credit status reports and prepare quarterly review reports
  • Actively contribute ideas to develop sales strategy
  • Focus on team work and develop sales skills
  • Ensure good communication & report to direct supervisor to define sales tactics
  • Elaborate action plan to win contracts
  • Promote and contribute positively, act as role model to achieving the company OH&S target
