EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

- In charge of exporting Steel, Pre-painted/Galvanized Steel, and Steel Pipes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and trade documents; negotiate commercial terms (pricing,
payment, shipping, insurance) to balance customer satisfaction and company benefits.
- Monitor orders from production to delivery, payment, and L/C handling; coordinate with
internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide consultation and negotiation on import needs, logistics, and international payments
- Handle customer service and feedback; maintain long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends (prices, demand, policies), suggest development directions and build
plans to approach target customers/markets.
- Report periodically to Export Director and Executive Board; perform tasks as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or
related fields.
- Solid knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, logistics, and export-import regulations.
- Good English communication.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills; responsible, proactive, and detailoriented.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Committed to long-term career in Export Sales.
- Willing to travel overseas if required.
