1/ Export shipment handling

· Receive & process export orders - stock requisition, booking, loading, …

· Update shipment schedule/ export docs to customers

· Independently resolve/ coordinate with other department to fulfill customers’ requests/ queries/ shipment issues

· Issue Invoice, Packing List. Quotation, Contract

· Update/ maintain export price list

· Follow up customer payment

· Apply for creating new account, product name, transport route/ zone, supplier ….

. Record data for Forwarder’s Service Performance Rating

2/ Create shipment cost in SAP.

· Check/ verify Debit Notes (list of shipments & expenses)

· Create shipment & shipment cost in SAP.

3/ Coordinate export barge loading

4/ Issue local DO for goods loading & delivery

•  University graduated, Major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
• English abilities (TOEIC required: 650)
• Good computer skills (MS office)
• Import / Export knowledge
• Using SAP experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
