Kinh nghiệm:
(1) Write up and update Operating Procedures of Test and Product Development Services dept.
(2) Responsible for Test and Product Development project management, support in offering, transfer, coordination of troubleshooting.
(3) Support Test Engineer to design Test system (ICT & FCT) and programming system.
(4) Support Engineer & Production team in the definition of the maintenance plan (ICT & FCT test system).
(5) Analyze engineer process data and testing reports.
(6) Establish training program for Test Engineer and R& D Engineer.
(7) Coordinate with other groups such as Tool shop, IT to ensure the ability to mount and integrate on the whole Test and QDM system.
(8) Support R&D Engineer to analysis of customer requirements and consulting, calculation of customer development projects.
(9) Design reviews of PCB designer, Test engineer and hardware team.
(10) Programing reviews of Software R &D engineer (firmware, bootloader, driver, etc.)
(11) Control Documentation for all phases of Test and Product Development projects (requirements, design specifications, verification, etc.)
(12) Responsible for Test and Product Development staff in carrying out company policies, safety and labor rules and regulations.
(13) Assist personnel department in selection of manpower, recruitment of staff.
(14) Liaise with Management on formulation of personnel policies with regard to manpower planning, recruitment, grievances handling and discipline enforcement.
(15) Any other duties as and when required by the MD/OD.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience:
At least 5–7 years of experience in Test Engineering, Product Development, or related areas.
Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of ICT, FCT test systems, hardware and software integration.
Proficient in test system design, programming (firmware, bootloader, drivers, etc.), and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze engineering process data and testing reports.
Management & Leadership:
Experience in defining maintenance plans, documentation control, and implementation of company policies.
Strong skills in training program development and team capability building.
Ability to support recruitment, manpower planning, and personnel development.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Languages: Good command of English (written & spoken).
