Team supports the following GrabRentals (GR) business functions :
Commercial, Branch, Operations and Supply through data collation, planning and execution of initiatives to maintain strong business operational metrics.
Customer community through data collation, planning and execution of initiatives to engage our customer community and to shape customer behaviour..
Get to know the Role:
Strategize and execute projects and plans to improve engagement for our current and future Customer Community so as to achieve business operational targets.
Assist in the collation of data from our customer community and provide insights to all in GR for each department to adjust and/or formulate tactics and strategy as required.
Communicates and coordinates with the GR managers for high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Drafts proposals, reports; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with partners internally and externally.
The day-to-day activities:
Keep track of broad rental industry trends in Singapore and key competitors’ product offerings
Draw learning lessons from the PHV rental industry in other countries and see how it can be applied in Singapore’s context
Identification, recommendation, collation of data and metrics to assist the team for the purpose of retention of customers.
Stay updated with media coverage on GR, key rental competitors and the PHV rental industry as a whole
Assists in drafting proposals, reports; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with potential partners internally and externally.
Improve engagement processes and codify best-practices
Work with manager and other relevant stakeholders to determine and manage event budgets
Work with various teams across Grab to brainstorm, strategize and execute projects and plans to improve engagement for our customer community.
Work with key internal and external partners such as fleet partners, vehicle suppliers, workshops amongst others
Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate collation of data and metrics.
Identify and manage conflicting goals
Propose and execute plans that improves engagement of customer community.
Measure:
Engagement metrics of our Customer Community contributing to business operational targets.
Accurate and timely collation of data, metrics, insight.
Quality of proposals, reports and communication with partners.
The must haves:
Degree in Business related field.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable in using a data-driven approach to identify problems and implement solutions
Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision/goal
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite.
SQL knowledge preferred.
Knowledge/experience in PHV rental industry a plus.
