Mô tả công việc

  • Human management (Engineer, Technician) on MI-WAVE-TU Process
  • Control in making programs for equipment (AOI, Wave Soldering, Ultrasonic Welding, Coating Machine, Pallet Washing,…)
  • Control spare parts, tooling, fixture on MI-WAVE-TU process
  • Work with related sections for resolving issues and improving yield.
  • Supports production in the resolution of process issues.
  • Supports Process Engineering with process and equipment qualifications, process evaluation, and process improvements.
  • Fabricates and maintains manufacturing jigs / fixtures.
  • Performs daily set-up of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machine, aqueous cleaner and Washing Pallet Cleaning
  • Performs set-up and layout of manual assembly lines
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machine and Back-of-Line equipment.
  • Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes.
  • Creates profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering machines
  • Has the authority to make decisions and take proper action in support of production processes quality and yield.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by management.
