Experience:
Prepare quotations for customers based on RFQs (Request for Quotation), including labor time estimation for control cabinet assembly and cost estimation of electrical components by working with suppliers.
Provide specification guidance to the QC team for electrical component inspection.
Create 3D assembly models to support the development of assembly instructions.
Use ERP software for project and task management.
Design and create wire harness fixtures.
Build load testers to meet product testing requirements for control cabinets.
Participate in weekly meetings with the US team to report progress and discuss tasks.
Use 3D CAD software to:
Create 3D assemblies of control cabinets.
Follow customer schematics to simulate point-to-point/wire-to-wire connections.
Create detailed drawings for manufacturing separate wire harnesses for mass production.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or electrical/control system design.
Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Able to read/understand schematics & engineering drawings.
Knowledge of PLCs, relays, contactors, SSRs, power units (Schneider, Omron, ABB...).
Hands-on experience with control cabinet design/fabrication & maintenance.
Familiar with UL standards (UL508, UL certification); Autodesk Vault/Inventor Wire Harness is a plus.
