Job requirement

  • Provide technical support, commissioning, and after-sales services in domestic and overseas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control issues at customer sites.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support training and guidance for international customers and partners regarding product usage and maintenance.
  • Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and follow up with clients on issue resolutions.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager related to service operations.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role .
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to travel abroad for long periods of time on regular business trips.
