Get to know the Role:
Responsible for developing and executing acquisition and engagement strategies to increase overall supply size, productivity, efficiency, and engagement of GrabFood delivery-partners. Problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to decision-making and execution, and a willingness to do get your hands dirty are all necessary components to success in this role. ​

The day-to-day activities:

• ​​​Execute on GrabFood delivery-partner acquisition and engagement processes and initiatives
• Accountable for monitoring and improvement of one or more of the following: delivery-partner efficiency/performance, delivery quality, loyalty and retention programs.
• Work across different teams and functions to support goals and initiatives of Grab as a whole, when relevant to delivery-partners.
• Report on the performance of projects and initiatives involved in.

Requirements:

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good in English communications skills both written and spoken.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with GSuite Apps, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels.
• Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking.
• Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Mô Tả Công việc

- Tổng hợp và xử lý các thông tin dữ liệu liên quan tới hoạt động vận hành của đối tác Grab;

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để lên kế hoạch triển khai các dự án dài hoặc ngắn hạn cho đối tác;

- Tham gia tổ chức các sự kiện liên quan tới hoạt động kinh doanh/ vận hành cốt lõi;

- Đề xuất các cải tiến phù hợp để nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc của đối tác ;

- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành liên quan tới quản lý kinh doanh, tài chính kế toán, marketing…;

- Cần có kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu tối thiểu 1 năm;

- Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, work

- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, làm việc nhóm
