Driver Operations Associate, GrabFood VN

Get to know the role:

Fully responsible for developing engagement strategy and programs to maintain GrabFood drivers relationship and loyalty. This role will work with cross-functions including city and transport team in developing engagement programs to maintain GrabFood drivers supply

The day-to-day activities:

• Accountable to create engagement program plan and monitor the implementation from the plan

• Work closely with Transport team

• Accountable for drivers performance monitoring, quality assurance, loyalty and retention programs

• Support Partner Operations Manager to develop programs and initiatives to increase drivers engagement level and service quality

• Liaise with transport team for drivers communication content development (incentive, promo, events, etc)

• Monitor GrabFood order allocation and acceptance rate

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales, partnership or business development

• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

• Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels

• Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking

• Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Mô Tả Công việc

- Tổng hợp và xử lý các thông tin dữ liệu liên quan tới hoạt động vận hành của đối tác Grab;

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để lên kế hoạch triển khai các dự án dài hoặc ngắn hạn cho đối tác;

- Tham gia tổ chức các sự kiện liên quan tới hoạt động kinh doanh/ vận hành cốt lõi;

- Đề xuất các cải tiến phù hợp để nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc của đối tác ;

Yêu cầu:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành liên quan tới quản lý kinh doanh, tài chính kế toán, marketing…;

- Cần có kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu tối thiểu 1 năm;

- Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, work

- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, làm việc nhóm
