The day-to-day activities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end process of driver retention programs. You will be required to analyze driver behavior and historical data, assess appropriate retention programs and execute them.
Maintain and manage relationship with external partners in the operational process once partnership deal is signed. Expertise in negotiating contracts may required.
Plan, analyze data and strategize on type of loyalty programs to be launched that are tailored to our driver’s wants & needs.
Continuously analyze changing driver behaviour and adapting loyalty programs to address most recent issues.
Communications to drivers on loyalty programs.
Work very closely with various departments in ensuring smooth driver communication and all driver facing touch points are covered.
Comfortable in dealing with external parties such as drivers and vendors.
Organize retention program for drivers and maintain good relationship with drivers.
Monitor & manage drivers’ participation in marketing events, campaigns etc.
Any other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor.
The must haves:
Microsoft excel skills.
Excellent problem solving, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environments.
Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good command and communication skills.
