Get to know the Role
The Disciplinary Team does this by building robust frameworks to identify and filter out passengers and drivers that do not hit the minimum benchmark required to use our platform.

Day-to-Day Activities
You will be responsible in ensuring a high quality of users (driver, passenger, eater etc) on our platform based on a set of behavioural metrics
Analyze data that is obtained based on driver/passenger/eater behaviour followed by building and execution of disciplinary frameworks to tackle Users’ behavioural issues
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for the Disciplinary Team, providing solutions, including Automation processes to help reduce workload for the team
Work closely with various teams (Strategy Team, Customer Experience, Grab Driver Centre Team, Public Relations Team, etc) while dealing with disciplinary of our users
Support any adhoc task assigned by the team
Going on-ground to further understand pain points of our users
The Must Haves
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
any field
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in an Analyst role is required for this position
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a MUST
SQL/Python/R programming is a huge plus
Ability to interpret data, identify gaps in the current processes, analyze business trends and suggest methods for improvement
Strong attention to detail
“Go-getter” Attitude and always willing to help other members of the team wherever needed
