Execute activities and events to engage, reward, and educate grab driver and support the growth of driver community.
Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
Ensure events and activities are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
Collaborate closely with acquisition, retention, communication, design team to deliver effective campaign and to achieve business objectives.
Contact and negotiate with external vendors, organizers, and suppliers to support event operation
The must haves:
Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
Event marketing, Event organizing, Marketing, Community building experience is preferred
Relevant marketing experience: At least 2 years of relevant marketing and public relations experience; startup experience, or organizer experience is preferred
Goal-oriented and can execute fast: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment
Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
Collaborative, team player: Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow the GrabTaxi community
Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
Good command in Thai and English: Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
Computer literacy, MS-office and other instant program. Able to use Photoshop and Illustrators program is a plus
