Data Entry / Nhân viên nhập liệu đơn hàng

• Accurately enter orders into the company’s system/files in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure orders are properly entered and followed up smoothly.

• Support the CS team in monitoring order status and handling ad hoc tasks when required.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of data.

• Assist in preparing simple reports related to order processing when needed.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Basic knowledge of office software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to support ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

• Working place:

           Factory 1: 18C, Đường 24, KCN VSIP2A, Vĩnh Tân, Tân Uyên, Bình Dương.

           hoặc

          Factory 2: Lô E4, Đường số 10, KCN Việt Hương, Phường Thuận Giao, Thuận An, Bình Dương.
