Mô tả công việc

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, working out the best solution to the problem; conducting corrective actions, following up to ensure completed resolution.
  • Handling buying material in BOM.
  • Cordinate with Planner to monitor and ensure delivery schedule.
  • Issuing OSG Invoice/ Packing list.
  • Support to follow up payment from customer.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Knowledge about customer service, at least 1 years in customer service posistion.
  • Good English, Chinese is refer
