Job requirement

  • Handled customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and live chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to their concerns and service requests.

  • Managed international shipments between Vietnam and global destinations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.

  • Consulted customers to understand their specific needs and provided clear guidance on export/import policies, special handling requirements, and compliance matters.

  • Enhanced customer experience at SF International Express by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a strong service mindset in every interaction.

  • Offered expert advice on suitable customs declaration types, Incoterms, and clearance procedures to facilitate efficient cross-border logistics.

  • Collaborated closely with supervisors to optimize daily workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce overall lead times.

Job requirement

  • Diploma in Business (preferable) or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment. 
  • Fluent in Chinese language (HSK4 above) or English.
