Customer Service Officer (Warehouse-based)

• Follow up on customers’ enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
• Operate CMS to update parcel status and tracking
• Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Coordinate with departments to confirm parcel shipments are error-free
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• At 2 years of work experience, preferred in the freight forwarding industry and express companies
• Willing to be based in a warehouse environment and capable of working independently
• Good command of Vietnamese and English
• Possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Working location: Kho YunExpress – Trung tâm Logistics HNT Nguyên Khê, tổ 28 xã Phúc Thịnh, thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam.
