We are now looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will lead customer engagement strategies and drive reactivation, retention, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives through data-driven insights and personalized communication.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Strategy
Build and manage a centralized CRM system that consolidates customer data from both offline and online channels.
Identify and implement ways to collect richer customer information across all touchpoints (website, social media, e-commerce, POS, etc.).
Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
Customer Insights & Engagement Planning
Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and build customer personas.
Develop monthly and quarterly customer engagement plans aligned with business goals.
Design targeted campaigns focused on:
Reactivation : Win back lapsed customers.
Engagement : Increase frequency among slow-buying customers.
Cross-sell/Upsell : Encourage exploration of new SKUs and higher basket sizes.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute these plans effectively.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and monitor performance of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app: Zalo, push notifications, in-store promotions).
Work closely with digital marketing and content teams to craft compelling messaging that resonates with GenZ audiences.
Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B testing, feedback loops, and analytics tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with the Product team to inform new product development based on customer preferences and trends.
Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
Support Retail and E-commerce teams in delivering consistent, personalized experiences.
Brand Building & Culture
Act as an ambassador for Levents’ mission to build a global brand rooted in Vietnamese identity.
Be hands-on in daily execution, comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
