Mô tả công việc

  • Evaluate, monitor, and report on social responsibility compliance (BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, Code of Conduct, etc.).
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring solar energy projects in the factory (installation, operation, performance monitoring, reporting).
  • Coordinate with third-party auditors and customers during social responsibility audits.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CSR, environmental, and safety standards are effectively implemented.
  • Collect data, develop improvement plans related to labor, environmental, and safety compliance.
  • Keep updated with legal regulations on labor law, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct training on CSR awareness and energy initiatives for internal staff when required.
