Job requirement

Job Purpose: To handle export and import cross-border transportation shipments and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service for assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, following SOPs.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure cargo movement.
  • Prepare and issue shipping documents, debit notes, and pre-alerts.
  • Track shipments and update customers regularly (at least 4 times per day).
  • Submit reports and complete eFMS entries before the 5th of each month.
  • Support team activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of logistics or cross-border transportation experience.
  • Good command of English and/or Chinese.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel as required.
