Experience:
Creative Direction
○ Lead the creative development concepts, visual identity, and maintain visual style guidelines in alignment with brand strategy across all platforms (digital, print, social media, VMD, POSM, etc.).
○ Translate brand strategy into creative execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
○ Oversee the conceptual development of visual assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
○ Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual materials.
Project & Workflow Management:
○ Coordinate with stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to understand creative needs.
○ Plan and prioritize design tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
○ Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Quality Improvement:
○ Set benchmarks for design quality and continually raise the bar for creative output.
○ Introduce best practices, tools, and processes to streamline design operations.
○ Conduct regular design audits and critique sessions to identify areas of improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
○ Act as a bridge between the creative team and other departments.
○ Present design strategies and concepts to senior leadership.
○ Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions.
Team Leadership:
○ Lead and mentor a team of graphic, UI/UX, and visual designers.
○ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help team members grow professionally.
○ Facilitate creative reviews and ensure design output meets internal quality standards.
o Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
o 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
o Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design across multiple formats.
o Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
o Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a creative team.
o Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
