1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
• Lead the FP&A team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans to ensure effectively utilization financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company strategy.
2. Treasury Management:
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and funding to ensure operational efficiency. In charge of Tax matters.
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposures. Create financial opportunities to generate financial benefits for company.
3. Investor Relations:
• Maintain relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, presentations, and reports for investor meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to the Investor Relations team.
4. Financial Accounting:
• Manage the Financial Accounting team, including month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
5. Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
• Utilize SAP and other financial systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive the implementation of new financial tools or systems as necessary.
6. Risk Management and Compliance:
• Ensure Financial and Accounting policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global standards, complying with risks management and internal control policies.
• Establish and implement internal controls that meet international and industry benchmarks.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
7. Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge sharing
