Job requirement

Accounting and Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including: General ledger, Accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Check and approval for all payments
  • Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate inventory accounting including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
  • Conduct regular cycle counts or stock-takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Responsible for physical inventory accuracy, consistency with ERP and Custom’s data
  • Work with external audit to make sure the Audited Financial Report in compliance and in time.
  • Manage tax compliance and coordinate with Tax Authority for VAT refund, CIT finalized
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support budgeting, pricing, and investment decisions
  • Work with all departments to build up the annual budgets and prepare the monthly updated report and meeting with department managers to review past spending and update the annual forecast.
  • Other tasks which are assigned by CFO
