General Accountant (for Fine-dining Restaurant)

1. Production Cost Accounting

· Collect data of production cost for material, labor and factory overhead to calculate detailed product costs for each product, batch and each order

· Based on the standard material cost to calculate the standard cost and compare with the actual cost

· Prepare cost reports and product profitability analysis

2. General Accounting

· Check and control accounting data of the accounting sections, check and compare data between detailed and aggregated data to ensure that accountants record all transactions completely and accurately.

· Check and record general ledger transactions such as: income, expense, depreciation, fixed assets, allocation, accruals…

· Prepare Tax reports: VAT, CIT, FCT and reconcile PIT with HR

· Assist the chief accountant to prepare Financial Statement and submit it to Tax Dept and Management team

· Classify and carefully store related accounting documents and books

· Other tasks asigned by the managment

· Prepare cost reports and product profitability analysis

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–3 years of practical experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in:

  • Cost accounting (production, inventory, or F&B industry)

  • General accounting and tax reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

• Responsible, hard-working, and result-oriented.

• English communication skills (verbal and written) are a plus
