Get to know the Role:
To assist the Head of Merchant Acquisition in:
- Acquire channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms with channel partners.
- Work closely with channel partners to achieve acquisition targets.

The day-to-day activities:
- Acquisition: Lead sales team and sales partners to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Total Product Value (TPV): Ensure channel partners onboard 90% of existing merchants to GrabPay.
- Launching New Markets: Identify and plan the launch of GrabPay in new markets.
- Scale: Improve sales process to increase efficiency.
- Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
- This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
- Have managed a team of 5 minimum previously.
The must haves:
- 5 years working experience in sales management and strategy.
- Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.
- Prior sales experience.
- Have managed a team previously.
- Responsible for business targets.
