Business Strategist Intern

Get to Know the Role:As a Business Strategist Intern you will be in charge on a project to improve the agent life cycle productivity and assisting the business strategy team in daily administrative and data management as well as agent/customer follow up. This position is suitable to those who is comfortable working with data and meticulous, aiming to get things done seamlessly.  In this 3-month program, you will get the opportunity to be involved in challenging projects with extensive coaching and mentor support.  

Detailed Job Description:

• Involved in Conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
• Involved in Assessing market trends and competitors.
• Involved in project monitoring and reporting
• Supporting administration and communicating across functions and levels to develop strategic program and project goals.
• Involved in developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
