Job requirement

  • Design core business solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct market research and build innovative service models.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic roadmaps and proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside Sales/Client Success teams to gather and validate requirements.
  • Analyze client requests and assign tasks to internal teams to deliver service plans.
  • Lead the creation of business plans, market reports, and strategic documents.
  • Localize and adapt global (Japan HQ) service models to fit the Vietnam market.
  • Support Directors and BODs in tracking strategic initiatives and performance.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by leadership
