Business Process Experience

Get to know the Role:
As the “Business Process Experience” in Operations team, your job to ensure all activities
related to input merchant information to system is accurate and within agreed SLA.

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage sales admin team productivity, absenteeism & amp; performance.
• Ensure content staff enter details of merchant on a computer system accurate & follow the SOP.
• Manage content creation task distribution to all members
• Follow up and take action on negative reviews or feedback
• Work cross functionally on managing backlog & amp; rejection
• Escalate issues to management team as needed

The must haves:

• 3-6 years of experience as a hands-on Process Excellence / Experience
• Good stakeholders management skills
• Good understanding on how to manage operation with bigger team
• Understand Microsoft Excel
• Good at English (both oral and written)
