Business Operations Specialist

Get to know the Role:
 

Grow and expand Grab outside of Metro Manila - whether it will be launching new projects and new cities, getting driver and passenger insights on the field, or analyzing data and building business cases to change current structures. 

The role involves working with different teams within Grab, both in Manila and in the different cities in the Philippines so expect a lot of travelling and growth hacking. Don’t worry because the role is primarily Manila-based.

The day-to-day activities:

• Research and analyze feasibility and success rates of new vertical* implementations ( *GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabTaxi, GrabRent, etc. )

• Work with the different City Managers to monitor the performance of each vertical in each city; Go to the city to do on-the-ground research (if necessary)

• Be responsible for the identification of new market opportunities in the country; and special projects planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation that will leverage on these opportunities

The must haves:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Other dialects and languages is a plus since we’ll be travelling!)

• Interested in strategy, planning and data crunching for market entry and growth (Having related skills and experience is a plus!)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Has project and stakeholder management experience
