1. Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct client outreach to maintain relationships with existing partners and develop new leads.
- Assist in client follow-ups, inquiries, and order coordination to ensure seamless transactions.
- Support sales pipeline development by tracking opportunities and updating CRM systems.
- Respond to distributor and reseller inquiries, helping to facilitate negotiations and follow-through.
2. Market Expansion & Support
- Assist in researching new sales opportunities within the US, Canada, and emerging markets in Central and South America.
- Support the execution of regional sales strategies, working closely with the Commercial Director and Account Management teams.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and regional trends to adapt offerings accordingly.
3. Trade Shows & Brand Representation
- Assist in the organization and execution of regional trade shows, industry events, and showroom activations.
- Represent District Eight and Root & Branch professionally at events, supporting client meetings and presentations.
- Help prepare marketing and sales materials tailored for the Americas region.
4. Internal Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to facilitate order fulfillment and regional distribution needs.
- Maintain detailed regional reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and client feedback for HQ review.
