Job requirement

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, plans, and budgets to meet business targets.
  • Lead the Sales Department to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team and individual sales performance; propose timely solutions.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs; approach and introduce logistics service offerings.
  • Develop new logistics services based on market trends and company capabilities.
  • Update and present company profiles, including subsidiaries and joint ventures.
  • Propose customer-focused growth strategies to improve service quality and satisfaction.
  • Design and update incentive policies in coordination with other departments.
  • Build a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative team culture.
  • Manage Sales team operations, assign KPIs, coach, and support staff development.
  • Lead training, improve workflows, and ensure process effectiveness.
  • Analyze market data to propose appropriate sales strategies.
  • Other tasks as assigned; details will be discussed during the interview
