The Rewards team looks after the Grab’s customer loyalty program – the largest program of its kind in the region. The team’s objectives are to ensure that GrabRewards remains a compelling value proposition for users across the Grab platform. This is achieved through optimization of the points earn channels, redemption options as well as member tiers and corresponding benefits.
Get to know the Role:
Strategic Rewards Partnerships
Provide inputs on key rewards program partners
Identify and drive strategic partners according to overarching Rewards strategy
Sell in program value proposition to identified regional strategic partners. Negotiate, close and launch partnerships
Maintain strategic partner relationships, and work with the partners to drive mutual benefit
Catalog Strategy
Optimize rewards catalog mix by country (merchant mix, deal type) to drive redemption volume
Partnership Operations
Manage a team to ensure the following:
Adherence of local rewards partnerships with legal, compliance and commercial guidelines
Listing of catalog items in line with pricing guidelines
Monitoring and optimizing of catalog inventory
The must haves:
Background in loyalty programs and dealing with consumers
Experience with partnership operations with team management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead external partnerships conversations and close negotiations
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to think logically under pressure, attention to detail, and work autonomously where required
Some minimal travel expected (<10%)
Role reports into the Head of Rewards
Minimum 7 years relevant experience
