Get to know our Team:

  • GrabPay handles all cashless transactions for Grab’s 33m riders and 630,000 drivers and is already one of the largest mobile wallets in Southeast Asia.
  • This new team will be tasked with growing the GrabPay business as a mobile wallet throughout Southeast Asia, solving many of the payments problems that consumers and merchants face on a day-to-day basis.


Get to know the Role:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the GrabRewards catalogue contains exclusive offers that are relevant to Grab users. Your day to day activities could include the following:
  • Own the GrabRewards catalogue by closing engaging deals that appeal to Grab’s user base.
  • Build and maintain relationship with strategic/key partners.
  • Manage the GrabRewards inventory. 
  • Negotiate attractive commercial offers with partners. 
  • Sell GrabRewards points to strategic/key partners.
  • Weekly reporting to management.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on driving usage of GrabRewards.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Functional : Identifying partners to pursue and optimize the partnership ROI models to ensure our customers can enjoy the greatest offers of the program. 
  • Proactively working with customer support and regional product team to enhance the customer experience and product features. 
  • Set, track and analyse the performance of offers on the platform and spending, and ensure all initiatives meet strategic and financial objectives of the company. 
  • Serve as a key member of the loyalty business team to drive overall loyalty strategy.
  • Customer : Manage GrabRewards Merchants.
  • Financial : Prior experience in business developments or sales is a plus.
  • People : This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
  • Able to manage both junior operational staff as well as business stakeholders.

The must haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development, sales or strategic partnership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel) Google Suite.
  • Skilled in areas such as process development, business strategy, comfortable with data and strong analytical skills.
  • Experienced in sales and negotiation.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

  • Experienced in Sales, Business Development, Loyalty and strategy is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
