Mô tả công việc

1/ Recruitment activity:

  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • Act as a member of the recruitment interview panel.
  • Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
  • Maintain a recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Be responsible for press advertisement placement and be able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to get the best results.
  • Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost-effective
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters.
  • Control recruitment expenses within the budget.
  • Conduct an exit interview and analyse the reasons of resignation.
  • Plan, prepare, and hold a job fair to attract candidates.
  • Participate in Branding activities: Coordinate and implement University/College/Vocational School for Recruiting Initiatives (Store Tour, Job Fair, Seminar, Workshop)
  • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
  • Running the Management Trainee program to attract the most potential candidates.

2/ Training activity:

  • Ensure to organize training orientation program for new staff: logistics, training data, attendance, and training reports.
  • Follow promoter rules and ensure new employees receive full induction training based on company policy.
  • Ensure full training for promoters based on company policy.
  • Collect training requests from the store management team and collaborate with the Academy to develop training materials;
  • Delivery company training programs and talent development programs as required.

3/ C&B activity:

  • Ensure timely completion of related items such as:
  • Timekeeping/Salary/Tax/Insurance...
  • Manage labor contracts: Sign new/Re-sign;
  • Manage employee information;
  • Advise/answer policies for employees.

4/ Employee Relation & Performance:

  • Manage, cooperate, and support the discipline process
  • Organizing a Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting Goals, mid-year review, year-end review
  • Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
  • Participate in the implementation of the ongoing improvement plan for the whole process; standardize all kinds of forms and correspondence relating to the process.
  • Timely identification of issues and proposing remedies to ensure the whole process is implemented properly and efficiently.
  • Support all gathering performance evaluation documents & analyze their results
  • Coordinate with The Trade Union to propose benefits & organize events, activities for employee engagement
  • Planning & organizing Company event (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, HR Day, Health check, AE checking, blue card...)
  • Support the Employee Engagement survey & coordinate with other Departments for an action plan

5/ HR management & Reports:

  • Supervise and follow up on subordinates’ tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly
  • Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
  • Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily work.
  • Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
  • Build and promote teamwork spirit.
  • Edit SAP’s errors regarding shift plan for grade 3 up (i.e. time event, shift, night shift, annual leave, etc.). In charge of the process on SAP for grade 3 up such as: Hiring, cessation, transfer, long-term absence, resume work,…
  • Manage all information of employees, make sure employees’ data correct.
  • Check information and provide a report when necessary.
  • Be in charge of the headcount and turnover rate report
  • Employees weekly report
  • Support Store Manager for increasing productivity at Store (working hours, balance request to hire, etc.)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University/ College degree
  • Minimum 04 years of related experience in HR, 2-3 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience.
  • 01 year a supervisor role is a plus.
  • Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.
  • Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media.
  • Effectively manage multiple searches for candidates in different fields
  • Good communication in English
