Attendant, PAS

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Clean all areas including Front of the House, Back of the House, washroom, back of house and depot in accordance with company standards.
• Have a thorough knowledge of cleaning machines and chemicals operations and perform all assigned cleaning duties.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptly.
• Communicate with fellow team members and other related departments to proactively service guests in the event of any emergency.
• Adhere to all established health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons.
• Be capable to perform repetitious duties.
• Acting also as part of the Company ambassador team while working in the public area Front of House and Back of House.
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.   
• Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
• Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications.
• Always remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
