Purpose

Assist HR Manager to develop and implement adidas Vietnam own retail integrated HR programs and systems and make sure proper implementation.

Provide HR services and support to Retail function to build, attract, develop, and retain retail workforce.

To be a key bridge and contact person between in-house store staff and HR team and back office retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Process:

  • Take initiative to explore new recruiting channels, coordinate with recruitment agencies, CV screening, arrange all and participate in some of the interviews for retail function;
  • Independently prepare offer letters, labor contract and other related documentation for responsible positions;
  • Provide timely employment and termination formality services to incoming and outgoing employees such as employment registration/termination, personal files and social security a/c transfer and necessary documentation;
  • Collect and check store staff monthly payroll, commission and benefit information from Retail District/Store Manager and pass it timely to C&B group;
  • Labor relations, resolving labour relation related issue, staff security, etc;
  • Coordinate and support retail training activities.

Reports/Database Management:

  • Maintain recruitment database and reports, implement basic analysis on key HR indicators and provide improvement suggestions;
  • Establish & maintain all files as necessary and ensure that all employee data files are current and accurate;

Others

  • Assist on other tasks or projects assigned by manager;
  • Provide HR professional advice to business team regarding HC setting, people development, performance management and so on;
  • Conduct store visit regularly to dig out problem existing in implementation of HR policy/process and system maintenance; to regular check on employee morale and coaching the SMs on people management;
  • Constantly inform and explain to employees all the necessary retail HR policies and related information;
  • Be able to understand business priorities/ challenges then translate into HR initiatives

KPI

  • Accuracy of all document and record
  • Employee recruitment & engagement and retention
  • Employee satisfaction for HR service
  • Turnaround time for each responsible vacancy
  • Good relationship with labor/personnel agencies and recruitment vendors
  • Feedback from District/Store Managers

Experience / Skills Required

Willing to work close to the business and the stores by managing and influencing teams in the front end; Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR function, at least 1 year retail relevant HR experience; Strong communication & interpersonal skills; Strong problem solving skills; A good team player with proactive manner ; University graduate required; Native Vietnamese and fluent English
