Main Purpose of the Job
Assistant to Assistant Vice President, Casino Marketing has an integral role to support in the production and creation of content for brochures, newsletters, email, Social Media, as well as distributing press releases. They will support Casino Marketing & Communications team with the organization, production, and successful execution of marketing efforts. Contributes to the success of the department by contributing ideas, executing directives, facilitating marketing campaigns and implementing processes that aid the marketing strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with the creation and production of various marketing materials, print ads, and presentations.
- Makes adjustments to files created by the marketing director or other marketing staff and prepares press-ready files for print.
- Contributes to the creation of content for the credit union’s website and social media pages, newsletter articles, press releases, statement messages, and on-hold messages.
- Acts as liaison with outside vendors to ensure production and delivery of marketing materials in a timely manner.
- Maintains digital signage programming and updates content as necessary.
- Aids in the coordination of various marketing projects/special events; monitoring timelines, ensuring all materials are created, ordered, delivered, etc. for various events.
- Organizes and maintains all marketing materials, collateral and resources both print and electronic.
- Participates in available credit union self-development education programs and required compliance courses through self-study, CUES University, and the credit union’s training department.
- Supports the department’s goals by contributing to the success of the credit union’s business objectives.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
