Be a pioneer in setting up new business projects in Grab’s ever increasing services, having the responsibility to launch and grow these businesses to become valuable services in everyday Malaysian life.
To do this, you will coordinate with various stake-holders to improve supply efficiency and push demand growth.
You will also innovate our high-value transport services by offering what matters to our customers for a best-in-class experience.
The day-to-day activities:
Continuous improvement
Monitor the performance of the assigned services, adjust booking parameters, application settings or incentives to ensure supply matches with the targeted KPI
Evaluate customer satisfaction levels, setting procedures to ensure our customers receive the best possible ride experience
Growth
Collaborate with the sales team to drive more usage from existing corporate clients on the assigned services
Coordinate with the marketing team to use awareness campaigns or promotional discounts that will boost demand
Budgeting
Using pricing tools to ensure revenue outweighs costs to achieve profit targets
Plan spending in advance and ensure is costs are properly tracked
Projects
Liaise with regional product managers to hit delivery datelines on new service launch
Ensure external services and equipment for operations are sourced in time from the procurement team
Support on ground marketing campaigns prior to new service launches
The Must Haves:
Min. 5-8 years of experience in business operations with some supervisory role. Having led projects to launch new services/processes is a plus
Customer oriented mindset with a track-record of creating value to users due to your creativity. Have experienced in gathering insights on consumer needs
Competent in using data to explain/support decisions. Let us know your favourite analytical moment!
Able to deal with ambiguity, willingness to take calculated risks, and work in cross-team collaboration environment
Is always up for a challenge and constantly thinking about 'how can it be done differently' and ‘how can it be further improved’.
